Most brittle you find today is made in factories and shipped across the country before it ever hits a shelf. By the time you open the bag, it's stale, soft, and tastes like sugar and not much else.
Ours is different. We cook each batch in a copper kettle, spread it by hand, and pack it fresh. The peanuts are locally grown—not trucked in from overseas—and you can taste the difference in every bite. Thin, golden, and crisp enough to snap clean.
