Our handmade chocolate bars are crafted in small batches at our Bryson City location using the same copper kettle techniques we've perfected since 1976. Each bar is over 3 ounces of rich, creamy fudge-based chocolate—nothing like the mass-produced stuff on grocery store shelves. Why Our Chocolate Bars Taste Different
Most chocolate bars are made in factories with artificial flavors and preservatives. Ours aren't. We pour each bar by hand using real ingredients—real peanut butter, real Oreo pieces, real crushed pretzels. The fudge-based recipe gives them a smoother, creamier texture that melts on your tongue instead of snapping like commercial chocolate.
