Order Handmade Copper Kettle Fudge Delivered To Your Door
Our fudge is made the way your grandparents remember—cooked in a copper kettle, hand-worked on marble countertops, and cut fresh in our Bryson City and Cherokee shops.
We've been doing it this way since 1976, and we're not about to change. No artificial preservatives, no shortcuts, no factory lines. Just real butter, real cream, and recipes passed down through three generations of our family.
Choose from 17 flavors, from our rich Chocolate Fudge to Southern favorites like Bourbon Pecan and Maple Brown Sugar. Each half-pound slice ships fresh—soft, creamy, and ready to melt in your mouth the moment it arrives.

What Makes Our Fudge Different
Walk into most candy shops and you'll find fudge that's been sitting in a case for days—dry, crumbly, and coated in sugar to hide it. That's not what we do.
Every batch of Heavenly Fudge is cooked in small batches in our copper kettle, stirred by hand, and poured onto marble slabs to cool. This old-fashioned method creates a texture you can't get any other way—dense but creamy, rich but not heavy, and smooth all the way through.
We use real ingredients because that's what the recipe calls for. Real butter. Real vanilla. Real pecans from Southern groves. No preservatives, no artificial flavors, no cutting corners. When you bite into a piece of our fudge, you're tasting nearly 50 years of practice.
Our founder Larry Denman—"Mr. Fudge"—spent years perfecting these recipes before opening our first shop in Cherokee in 1976. His standards haven't changed, even though the business has grown. That's the promise we make with every order: the same quality, the same recipes, the same handmade process that's kept customers coming back for three generations.
